Favourable situation for lottery mafia, says VS

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The lottery and law departments are creating a favourable situation for lottery mafia, alleged opposition leader V S Achuthanandan.  The government’s approach on the request for selling Goan lottery in the state is suspicious, he said. 

The request before the law department will lead to a tie up between the officials and the lottery mafia, he said.
