State’s demand on Air Kerala will be considered, says Ajit Singh

NEW DELHI: Union Aviation Minister Ajit Singh said that he would consider the state’s demand in connection with Air Kerala flight service. The minister said that there are certain norms for operating foreign services.  Anyone abiding those norms can start service, he said.

Kannur Airport is one among the three airports given importance by the centre.

A five year experience in domestic operations is needed before it can fly to international destinations. The state had sought relaxation on some norms.
