‎Delhi without a single covid death; Yesterday there were 57 patients.‎

 Delhi; Covid cases are declining sharply in Delhi, which has caused severe concern in the second wave of Covid. Only 57 new cases were reported in the state on Friday. Not a single covid death has been reported in the last 24 hours. Currently, the test positivity rate in Delhi is 0.08 per cent.‎

‎This is the 11th time since the start of the second wave of The Covid that not a single covid death has been reported in Delhi on July 18, 24, 29, August 2, 4,8, August 11, 12, 13 and 16. In April and May, the beginning of the second wave, there was a lot of fear in the state.‎



‎At the same time, there is a sharp decline in covid cases in the country as well. Yesterday alone, 36,571 people were newly diagnosed with the disease. Currently treated, only 1.12 per cent of all cases are treated. This is the lowest figure since March 2020. ‎

‎ There are 3,63,605 and 150 people currently being treated in the country. The recovery rate is 97.54 per cent. It is also the highest recovery rate since March 2020. . ‎
‎ With 36,555 people recovering on Friday, the total number of disease scares in the country is 3,15,61,635 and the weekly diagnosis rate is currently less than 3 per cent for the past 56 days. Currently it is 1.93 per cent. The daily diagnosis rate has also fallen below three per cent for the past 25 days.‎

‎So far, 50.26 crore tests have been conducted in the country. The Union Health Ministry also said that 57.22 crore doses of vaccine have been distributed so far as part of the nationwide immunization programme.‎
