Ashutosh J Dubey, a lawyer in the Bombay High Court, has filed a police complaint against Swara Bhaskar. Ashutosh has lodged a complaint with mumbai police and palgarh police. Advocate Ashutosh said he would now file a complaint against Swara Bhaskar with the local police. Ashutosh Dubey, also clarifies that the complaint has been filed against attempts to create enmity between people in the name of religion and to disrupt the peaceful atmosphere.
Controversial Swara Bhaskar's tweet read: Hindutva terrorism cannot be accepted and taliban cannot register shock on terrorism alone. The Taliban will not be happy with terrorism and anger at Hindutva terrorism. Swara Bhaskar tweeted that our humanitarian and moral values should not be based on the identity of the oppressors and the oppressed. Swara Bhaskar is being attacked by a fierce cyber attack citing comparisons between Hindutva and Taliban terrorism.
Palghat police said they would take action after investigating a complaint received in connection with Swara Bhaskar's tweet. Ashutosh Dubey, said the cyber cell had informed him that action would be taken against Swara Bhaskar in his complaint against him in the cyber cell. The police will take a statement from Dubey. Ashutosh has been summoned by the police for the same.
