Crime Branch records Yamini’s statement

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Crime Branch investigating the case of K B Ganesh Kumar and Dr Yamini Thankachy, recorded the statements of the latter.

Kollam crime branch SP Uma Behra, investigating the case, reached her residence at 2.30 pm and recorded the statements.

Meantime, the National Women’s Commission sought details on the complaint lodged by Yamini accusing Ganesh on charges of domestic violence. National Women’s Commission chief Mamata Sharma spoke to state commission chairperson K C Rosakutty on the issue. Sharma directed national women’s commission member Nirmala Savant to give more details on the complaint of Yamini.
