Govt to take over Pariyaram, Kochi Co-operative Medical colleges

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The cabinet convened here Wednesday decided to take over the Pariyaram and Kochi Cooperative Medical Colleges. The district collector has been entrusted for taking steps to assess the assets and liabilities of the two colleges.

The cabinet has entrusted a four-member sub panel headed by K C Joseph for the rehabilitation of those reaching the state from Saudi Arabia due to Nitaqat.  Ministers Shibu Baby John, Manjalamkuzhy Ali and Adoor Prakash are the others in the team.
