THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: V S Achuthanandan, chairman of the administrative reforms commission, has expressed displeasure for not allotting him a room in the assembly. The letter given to the speaker has mentioned that being a senior leader in the assembly he was not getting due consideration.
Despite the cabinet rank, a special room was not permitted in the assembly. A room was demanded in the assembly to take rest and fulfill his official duties. Even after bringing it to the notice of the government, no steps were taken from their side, he said.
VS expressed displeasure soon after the chief minister informed the assembly that the office of the former has started functioning in IMG. He had earlier demanded an office inside the secretariat.
