Hike in petrol price: Vehicle strike on Monday

T’PURAM: The Motor Vehicle Workers Union has decided to observe a vehicle strike on Monday in protest against the hike in petrol price. The union has decided to organise protest marches all over the state. Protests too galore at the same time in protest against the steep hike.

DYFI activists blocked trains in Thalassery. The motor vehicle workers staged marches at the centre’s offices in the capital city. The BJP is also planning to stage protest marches.
