Friday, September 02, 2011: A team of the State Excise Department
officials on Friday seized 691 bottles of Indian Made Foreign Liquor
(IMFL) that was being transported to Kozhikode.
The bottles were seized with labels and stickers resembling original
IMFL while it was being transported in a Maruti van, police told. On
seeing the excise officials the van driver along with another person
fled from the spot.
