Monday, November 28, 2011: DMK MP Kanimozhi was on Monday granted bail by the Delhi high court in the 2G case. Apart from Kanimozhi, the other accused who have been granted bail include Cineyug founder Karim Morani, Kalaignar TV’s MD Sharath Kumar, Kusegaon directors Asif Balwa and Rajeev Agarwal.However, former telecom sectretary Siddharth Behura was denied bail.
The apex court had earlier granted bail to five corporte honchos in the case. On Friday, the court had adjouorned the bail hearing to Monday.
