Bid to frame CPI (M) in murder case, says Pinarayi

THRISSUR: CPM state secretary Pinarayi Vijayan said a bid is being framed to put the blame on the CPM in connection with the murder of T P Chandrasekharan. The government should take all their efforts to nab the accused responsible for the murder.

When asked about opposition leader V S Achuthanandan’s statement that TP was a brave leader, Pinarayi said you should ask VS about it.

Pinarayi termed as heinous on UDF’s idea to highlight the issue in the Neyyatinkara bypolls. The conspiracy was hatched by the UDF to malign the party in the Neyyattinkara by-election. The CPI (M) did not believe in finishing off its enemies, he said.

The CPM wants the guilty to be nabbed. The CPM is not scared of the investigation. The real truth should be revealed. The CPM is not scared of going to the leader’s house but if they are against it then why should we go and if anything happens later and then it will be questioned.

The Mullaperiyar report is against the state and asked the government to make their stand clear on it. The government should decide whether an all-party meet should be convened.
