Weapons used in killing recovered

KOZHIKODE: Unconfirmed reports say the weapons used for the killing of RMP leader T P Chandrasekharan has been recovered. It has been reported that the weapons were recovered during a search conducted in places like Chokli, Panur, Kolavalloor, Kathiroor and Koothuparambu areas. But police has so far not yet confirmed it. The post mortem report of Chandrasekharan said sharp edged weapons were used for the killing.


Search is being conducted in places like Valayam, Kallachi, Chekyad of Kozhikode district. Bombs were seized from a house in the search. The hands of more than fifty persons are suspected to be involved in the incident.
