Held for robbery attempt

The Nemom Police on Saturday arrested a man wanted in connection with a robbery attempt at a residence at Aruvacode on Thursday night.

The police said the arrested Pratheesh Kumar alias Lalu had entered the house of Valsalakumari through the window to commit robbery. However he had fled after the residents raised an alarm. The accused was arrested by CI Anil Kumar, SI Ajaya Kumar, senior civil police officers Madhumohan and civil police officers Baiju, Binukumar and Sajeev Kumar.
