KOCHI: The Kerala High Court Monday rejected the bail plea of Tenny Joppan, former personal assistant of the chief minister, in the solar scam case.
The court passed the order after accepting the argument that granting bail would affect the case.
The government had informed the court that Joppan had financially obtained gains in the case.
Saritha S Nair, the second accused in the case, had told the investigating team that an amount of Rs 2 lakhs was given to him.
