PATHANAMTHITTA: Biju Radhakrishnan arrested in the solar case, told his advocate that he was brutally assaulted in custody. Following the assault, he sustained injuries on his right foot. There were no injuries on his body before he was taken into custody, his advocate said.
Biju had told his advocate that he had proofs showing the illegal relationship of many in connection with the case. His advocate N T Babu said that with court’s permission Biju’s written complaint would be accepted and produced with evidence.
Biju Radhakrishnan was arrested from Tamil Nadu after Saritha was taken into custody.
