KOCHI: The Kerala High Court on Tuesday extended for 10 more days the stay imposed on the further proceedings against former minister Jose Thettayil and Janata Dal (S) MLA in a sexual harassment case. His plea will be considered again on Friday.
In the meanwhile, the woman, a native of Angamali, who lodged complaint against Thettayil has submitted an affidavit in the high court. She informed the court that there is no political aim in the complaint and it is he who is bringing politics into the issue. I haven’t sought political support.
