Zaheer Khan and Isha Sharwani to tie knot this year

Zaheer Khan and Isha Sharvani could tie the knot in March. The Indian fast bowler and the Bollywood starlet have been in the news ever since reports of their romance first broke in 2005, and the two now seem all set for marriage.
” The families have already met and the details of the wedding have been decided.
Zaheer and Isha as well as their families are keen for the wedding to take place by March end, as soon as he returns from the ongoing Australia tour,”.
However, given Zaheer’s tight schedule it is not yet clear if the wedding will indeed take place in March.
” If a feasible date cannot be worked out in March, Zaheer will be free only after September 2012. A date will then be finalised around October,” said the source.
While Isha, 27, and Zaheer, 33, have been fodder for the gossip vines for six years now, whispers of a possible marriage started doping the rounds for the first time in 2011, shortly after India won the cricket World Cup.
Zaheer’s family has reportedly been keen to see him married for around a year now. The cricketing star too has been considering the idea of settling down.
Zaheer and Isha would prefer a low- key wedding where only close friends and family will be invited.
” They plan to have a lavish reception party after the wedding where cricketing stars, Bollywood celebrities and several others to be invited,”
The Zaheer- Isha romance developed as the couple kept meeting regularly at parties and social events over the years. According to reports, Zaheer subsequently proposed to Isha and for a while it looked like marriage was on the cards soon.
The love story however took a dramatic turn when the two broke up in 2007. For the next few years, they practically severed all ties.
But, everything was forgotten shortly after last year’s World Cup.The duo got back together and decided to give the relationship a second shot. Well, as they say all’s well that ends well. Cheers to Zaheer and Isha.
