Vakkom panel suggestions to be implemented: Chennithala

Monday, January 30, 2012: Amidst the controversies regarding the Vakkom Committee recommendations, KPCC Chief Ramesh Chennithala on Monday said that they will be implemented by the party.
Many recommendations can only be implemented on a long-term basis Chennithala said.
What the report recommends is not action against two or three persons, he said. The recommendations made in view of the future of the Congress party in the state will be implemented democratically, he said here. Party will reign in those leaders who air their opinions indiscriminately, Chennithala said.
