Azhikode’s death a great loss to Malayalam literary field

Many prominent personalities from all circles bereaved the death of renowned orator and social activist Sukumar Azhikode on Tuesday.
Chief Minister Oomen Chandy said it is a great loss to the Malayalam literary field. Opposition leader V S Achuthanandhan said that Azhikode was a close relative of the left front and personally he had lost his best friend.
CPM state secretary Pinarayi Vijayan condoled the death of Azhikode and said it is a great loss. Azhikode had always raised his voice against injustice, he said.
Justice V R Krishna Iyer, writers ONV, K Sachithanand, C Radhakrishnan, D Vinayachandran, V Madhusudhanan and other prominent leaders condoled the death of Sukumar Azhikode.
