TP case: Google to be approached

KOZHIKODE: Kasaba C I N Biswas has moved court to elicit information from  Google regarding the Facebook usage by the T P case accused.

IP addresses of suspected Facebook accounts, duration of usage, date of usage and log in details have been sought.

The court has given the go ahead for approaching the Google. Separate petitions will be submitted to Central home ministry, CBI, Interpol and Google.

Google had made it clear that the details regarding the facebook accounts would be given only through agencies such as CBI and Interpol.
