KOCHI: Those who have complaints against Vigilance report over Finance minister K M Mani in connection with bar bribery case, they can move court, Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala has said.
He said the Vigilance had conducted the inquiry in an impartial and right manner. The minister was responding to the Vigilance report that there was no need to file charge sheet against Mani.
“Vigilance report is subject to court procedures. Anyone can question the report in the court. Complaints were not raised against the investigation at any stage of it,” said Chennithala, who added that he was unaware of the actual contents of the report .
