Eight-year-old brutally assaulted in orphanage

THRISSUR: An eight-year-old-boy has been hospitalized after he was brutally assaulted by the warden of an orphanage in Thrissur. The boy sustained serious head injuries. Some burn marks were seen all over his body. A complaint has been lodged against the orphanage named Mariya Palana Sadanam in Koratty.

The boy’s siblings told police that warden Justin always attacks other boys of the orphanage. Following the incident, the boy’s siblings have been taken over by the childline.
