Thiruvananthapuram: Education minister P K Abdu Rabb said that timely modification would be introduced in the Higher Secondary structure in the state. IX and X standards would be upgraded into Higher Secondary. He also added that the govt is considering to put a full stop to VHSC. Higher secondary and Vocational HS will be brought under one umbrella. Efforts would be made to include vocational HS subjects in Higher Secondary level, he added.
