T’puram: Inter-state burglary gang held

Wednesday, May 16, 2012: Police busted an inter-state burglary gang by apprehending four of its members involved in a number of criminal cases in the city.
The accused have been identified as Christopher alias, Leibert, Kannan and Kumar,police told.
The police have also recovered several weapons including iron rods from them.
The accused were apprehended by a team of police personnel headed by Deputy Commissioner of Police Putta Vimaladitya, Cantonment Assistant Commissioner Haridas, city Special Branch Assistant Commissioner D Vijayan and Museum Circle Inspector Mohanan Nair.
