E- mail row: Homoeo medical officer named second accused

Thursday, March 22, 2012: The Crime Branch has named Dr Dattagar, a Thiruvananthapuram Homeo medical officer as the second accused in E- mail controversy.
This was stated in the report filed by Crime Branch before Thiruvananthapuram Chief Judicial Magistrate Court. The Crime Branch had found out that Dr Dattagar has provided fake medical certificate to SI Biju Salim, the first accused in the case.
Meanwhile, SI Biju who has been accused of leaking the letter sent by the Police Intelligence to the High Tech Cell to reveal the email details of 233 persons, was sent to police custody till March 27.
