THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: CPM available secretariat didn’t discuss the matter regarding retention of Jacob Thomas as the Vigilance director, Minister A K Balan informed the Assembly.
In reply to Opposition leader Ramesh Chennithala’s submission, Balan said ministers concerned would take necessary decisions in governance. In the case of the Vigilance director, the decisions will be taken by the chief minister.
Chennithala’s submission was based on the newspaper report that CPM Secretariat had decided to retain Jacob as the Vigilance director.
Balan ridiculed whether Chennithala was a CPM Secretariat member. “In that case I am happy… What all things (false) comes in the paper about KPCC meeting?” he quipped.
