Thursday, September 01, 2011: A 36-year-old man and his five-year-old son died of electrocution after they stepped accidentally on a severed live power line in Guruvayur on Thursday.
The deceased have been identified as Sudhi and his son Vishnu, police told. The incident occurred while Sudhi was on his way to drop his son at school early morning. Even though they were rushed to a nearby hospital, both succumbed to their injuries.
