Wednesday, March 21, 2012: UDF candidate Anoop Jacob said that the lead he got in Piravom bypoll was all above expectations. He sought to explain it as a result of coordinated work of UDF in the election.UDF argued the victory as a reflection of efficient governanace of Oommenn Chandy in the State.
Anoop Jacob has won the Piravom by- poll defeating his nearest rival MJ Jacob of the LDF by a huge margin of 12071 votes here on Wednesday.
