NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court Tuesday directed to admit only students who have cleared the CBSE board exams. The court passed the order after approving the criteria of the state government. The court rejected the plea of CBSE managements questioning the government stand.
Plus one admission will be given only to students of state syllabus and those who have passed the CBSE board exams.
The Supreme Court approved the criteria brought by the state government for obtaining approval for CBSE schools. Approval will be given to CBSE schools under rules- Malayalam language should be made compulsory, the school should have at least three acres of land and strength of 300 students.
