THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Janata Dal (S) Tuesday decided not to seek the resignation of former minister Jose Thettayi MLA, accused in a sexual abuse case. The party will inform their decision to the Left Front. Party leaders also decided to face the case politically and legally.
None of the MLAs have resigned when these kind of allegations were leveled before.
When contacted, JD (S) leader Mathew T Thomas said they did not convene meet instead held talks with senior leaders.
