Keralite behind Delhi Muthoot bank theft

DELHI: The Delhi police arrested one Sreejith, native of Thissur, working in Muthoot Bank (Delhi branch) as the manager, in connection with the theft of three and a half kilograms of gold stolen from the same bank.

Three including Sreejith, Girish, an office boy, have been arrested. Two and a half kilos of gold and Rs 10 lakhs have been recovered from them. Sreejith himself lodged a complaint on the theft. The police nabbed them following the contradictory statements of the three.
