Kochi: Justice K B Koshy will take over as Kerala State Human Rights Commission chairman. It was Finance Minister K M Mani who proposed Koshy's name. A panel comprising the chief minister, opposition leader, speaker and the finance minister selected Koshy. The present chairman N Dinakar will be releived of his charge on August 16.
