DAEGU (SOUTH KOREA): India's Mayookha Johnny disqualified for the final of the women's long jump event at the World Athletics Championships. Mayookha was India's star at the Asian Athletics championship at Kobe in July, where she won gold in the long jump (6.56m) and bronze (14.11m) in the triple jump and qualified for the worlds.
