PSC Rank-holder's Gandhi week celebration

KOCHI: Gandhian PSC Rank-holders Association  will conduct an attention drawing day and seminar on Gandhi Week on October 2-10 on Sectretariat premises in Thiruvananthapuram. In a meeting of the association held here on Sunday, the association members demanded a move to popularise and promote Gandhian thoughts among the people in Kerala.

The function will be conducted in association with Gandhi Smaraka Nidhi, MG University Gandhi Forum.The association members said the Gandhian thoughts are not given enough prominence in  the school syllabus. There are over 2,000 two schools in the state but only very few schools have included Gandhian studies as a subject for the +2 course.
