Thursday, September 29, 2011: Opposition leader VS Achuthanandan said that former minister K Balakrishna Pillai and minister KB Ganesh Kumar are behind the attack against the school teacher in Kottarakkara.VS said Pillai, who is now in hospital, is capable of planning a conspiracy. Pillai is under treatment in a private hospital in Thiruvananthapuram for the last one month.
There was a case relating to the promotion of Krishnakumar’s wife and she was given a favorable order from the court. May be this is the reason behind the attack, VS said.
VS said it is clear that Pillai and Ganesh have planned the attack. As Pillai is a former minister and Ganesh too a minister in the present cabinet, for ensuring a fair probe, Ganeshkumar must quit, VS said.
