PALAKKAD: A gang of seven people robbed 1381 soveriegn gold and around
2.36 lakh rupees from Tirupur branch of Mini Muthoot on Friday at 8.30
am. The gang handcuffed and blackmailed the employees of the Mini
Muthoot before looting the gold and money. After the burglary, the
robbers fled in motorbikes.
