THRISSUR: CPM Kannur district secretary P Jayarajan who is serving imprisonment as the 38th accused in Shukkoor murder case may have to spend this Onam in confinement.Chances of Jayarajan being released before Onam are bleak as the bail plea filed by him will be considered on 27th and if granted, the procedural delay shall not enable him to be released on the same day.
As the following days shall be holidays, his release will be delayed further.
It took around here days for the release of T V Rajesh MLA who was granted bail recently.
