No role in SMS controversy: PC George

Kottayam: PC George, Chief Whip claimed he is no way involved in collecting evidence against PJ Joseph, in the SMS controversy. Mr George clarified he won't sit idle if valid proof is obtained against anybody, terming the demand for action against him by Francis George as 'foolishness'.
PC George came under scanner following a complaint that immoral messages was send to a lady at Thodupuzha from the phone of PJ Joseph. Later it was alleged the complaint was farce and PC George along with Nandakumar, crime editor was behind the development.
Francis George had urged the CM to look into the development and had sought action against PC George. Mons Joseph, former minister too had expressed his displeasure over the demand. Followers of PJ Joseph believe attempts are there to defame their leader and wants strict action against PC George, if he is anyway involved
