Monday, August 15, 2011: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has decided to move High Court challenging the NIA Court direction to acquit two accused in connection with the Kozhikode twin blast case. Earlier, third accused Halim and ninth accused Yusuf were set free by the Court on Thursday. The NIA would seek the permission of Union Home Ministry.
