Two die in Kumali after consuming liquor

Kumali: Two persons died in Pathumuri after consuming liquor. The deceased are Rarikuttan, 42 and Kathiresan, 26. Sivakumar, Ajayan who also consumed liquor along with the deceased have been admitted to the Kottayam Medical College hospital and are under serious condition. They have consumed foreign liquor brought from Thiruvananthapuram.Though they were rushed to a private hospital in Kumali on Wednesday night, their lives could not be saved. Excise officials said a probe is on to ascertain if they have consumed bogus liquor.
