Tuesday, September 13, 2011: According to media reports, DYFI State
unit president M.B. Rajesh today came down heavily on Opposition leader
and CPM central committee member VS Achuthanandan alleging that he was
raising unnecessary allegations for grabbing public attention.
Rajesh indirectly pointed out that the CPM veteran was raising
charges against Balakrishna Pillai and PK Kunhalikutty just to get
public support and nothing else. The opposition leader was ignoring the
social issues before him and finding time to comment on others.
However Rajesh played down the media reports opining that it was
totally fabricated and false. The media had distorted his statements by
giving false reports and that had not criticized the CPM leader.
