Court to consider Kunhanandan’s bail plea on June 18
THALASSERY: The Thalassery Sessions Court postponed to June 18 considering the anticipatory bail plea of P K Kunhanandan, CPM Panur area committee member, suspected to have a role in the conspiracy to murder RMP leader T P Chandrasekharan.
The plea was postponed as the case diary was not produced in the court. The court criticized the prosecution for not producing the case diary.
