NBW against Karayi Rajan and Karayi Chandrasekharan


KOCHI: The Ernakulam CJM court has issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against Kannur district secretariat member Karayi Rajan and Thalassery Thiruvangad local committee secretary Karayi Chandrasekharan in the Fazal murder case. They are the sixth and seventh accused in the case.


A production warrant has been issued against Kodi Suni, the first accused in the case. The court directed to produce him in the court on July 5.Kodi Suni, arrested in the T P Chandrasekharan murder case, is in police custody now.


The anticipatory bail pleas of Karayi Rajan and Karayi Chandrasekharan were dismissed earlier and the court had asked to arrest them. The CBI had found that these two directed Kodi Suni to kill Fazal.
