Ice-cream parlor case: VS files counter-affidavit
NEW DELHI: Leader of opposition V S Achuthanandan has filed a counter-affidavit in the ice-cream parlour case in the Supreme Court.
He informed the court that he had not received any documents regarding the case save the investigation report.
He has asked for all the relevant documents pertaining to the case including copies of P K Kunhalikutty’s statement.
