THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Chief Minister Oommen Chandy Wednesday said that Onam kits will be given to the employees of other states working here. Briefing reporters after the weekly cabinet meet, he said the kits will be distributed from August 25 and the labour department will be in charge of it. An amount of Rs 100 crores has been granted for it. When compared to other states, the people of other states working here are safe, he said.Chandy said that has no complaint on the posters stuck against him on the walls of Indira Bhavan. I don’t have time to spend on controversies, he said when reporters asked him about it.
