KOCHI: The Kerala High Court granted conditional bail to T V Rajesh, MLA, the 39th accused, remanded in the Abdul Shukkoor murder case. Granting bail to Rajesh, Justice S S Satheesh Chandran asked him to cooperate with the case and not to influence witnesses.Rajesh’s counsel informed the court that it is the MLA’s responsibility to review the development programmes of his constituency. Not only that his counsel claimed that no violent attacks were witnessed after the arrest of Rajesh.
