HC cancels removal of Dr B Ashok

KOCHI: The Kerala High Court cancelled the government’s action of removing Kerala University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Vice Chancellor Dr B Ashok from the post. The government removed him on charges of criticising the efficiency of the IAS community in the state.


A division bench consisting of Justice C N Ramachandran directed to reinstate him in the same post. He said removing him from the post was against the interests of the public.
