Shukkoor murder: P Jayarajan to be questioned again on Aug 1

Monday, July 30, 2012:The special investigating team on Monday questioned TV Rajesh MLA in connection with the Shukkoor murder case. The questioning which started at 11 in the morning ended by 3 pm.


Meantime, the team hints that CPM Kannur district secretary P Jayarajan and Rajesh will be named as accused in the case. Jayarajan, who was questioned twice earlier, will be grilled once again on Wednesday as the statements of both differ, said Kannur SP Rahul R Nair. He said the investigation is in the last phase and by August end, the charge sheet will be filed.
