KOLLAM: The Kottarakkara Judicial First Class magistrate court rejected crime branch’s plea seeking the custody of Biju Radhakrishnan, arrested in connection with the murder of his wife and an accused in the solar panel case. But the court permitted to question him in the Kottarakkara sub jail.
The court rejected the bail plea of Biju. The police also registered the arrest of Biju in the solar case.
