I tried to express complaint of CM’s son-in-law, says VS

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Opposition leader V S Achuthanandan Monday said that he tried to express the things stated in the divorce plea of the former son- in-law of the chief minister. The chief minister and the speaker were mum when I tried to disclose it. Later, my mike was switched off, VS told at the press meet.

Chief Minister Oommen Chandy is trying to protect his gunman. Chandy’s former son- in-law had complained that Salim Raj is a womanizer. Why Chandy is so keen in protecting him, asked VS.

Cutting short the assembly session without discussing with the opposition is an unilateral act, said VS
VS said Jose Thettayil is a democratic person and he can take a decision of his own. He said this when asked about the resignation of Thettayil. I haven’t seen the video and cannot respond without seeing it. A decision will be taken after hearing his version.
